My order showed up with an issue, and one of the items wasn’t quite right. I reached out to Artisaire by email and ended up waiting a couple of days before I heard anything back.

They did eventually take care of it and sent me a replacement, which I appreciated. The person I dealt with was polite, so I don’t have any complaints there.

I just expected the steps to be a bit clearer, like what they needed from me and how long things would take. It wasn’t a bad experience, but it also wasn’t the smoothest, so 3 stars feels about right

It showed up and everything was fine, but the shipping felt kind of slow. I was expecting it sooner for some reason, so that was a little annoying. Not the worst experience or anything, just kind of meh.

I ordered from artisaire because the wax seal stuff looked really nice online, and to be fair, it did show up looking pretty. The packaging was cute and the pieces had that fancy little vibe, but once I actually saw what came in the box, I was like… seriously? For the price, it felt a bit ridiculous.

By the time shipping and all the extra costs got added on, the total was kind of a punch in the face. It’s not bad quality, but it also didn’t feel amazing enough to justify the damage to my wallet. Cute for a one-off special project, sure, but I’d only buy again if there was a big sale, because full price is some nonsense...

The products themselves looked nice, which is why I went ahead and ordered, but the whole checkout process was more annoying than I expected. I had to click around way too much, and a few parts were kind of confusing. It did go through eventually, but it took longer than it should’ve. Definitely made me wish I’d read some reviews first so I knew what I was getting into. Not the worst site ever, just frustrating if you’re trying to order quickly...

I regret buying this wax stamp and wish I had read the reviews first. I was really hoping it would make my envelopes look cute, but the design hardly came out clean and the wax kept sticking no matter what I tried. Most of the seals ended up looking messy instead of like the nice photos. For the price, I expected it to be a lot easier to use

I bought this thinking it would be nice for an event, but it ended up being disappointing. It’s the kind of thing where the little details really stand out in the wrong way, and once I noticed them, I couldn’t unsee it. It just didn’t feel put-together enough to give as a gift or use for anything where presentation matters. it threw off the whole vibe for me.

Customer service was painfully slow. I reached out about my order thinking I’d get a quick answer, but it took days for anyone to reply, and when they finally did, the response didn’t really answer anything.

I tried following up again and got no response at all. For what they charge, I expected much better support. Save your time, because dealing with this was just frustrating and not something I’d want to repeat.

I ordered a custom wax seal and while it turned out okay overall, it wasn’t as close to the file I uploaded as I was expecting. Some of the smaller details came out a little too soft, and the spacing didn’t look quite right to me.

The shipping was fine and the packaging was actually really nice, but for the price, I expected the customization to be more accurate. It’s still usable, but I’m not thrilled, and if this is the usual result I’d probably look somewhere else next time.

I was kind of disappointed with the choices. The colors looked a bit off in person, and the materials felt cheaper than I expected. I also got the feeling there might be extra costs tucked in somewhere, which made me a little cautious before committing.

I’ll give it credit, it does look really nice and the design is clean. At first I was happy with it, but after using it for a while, it just doesn’t feel as sturdy as I thought it would for the price. Kind of annoying because I feel like I spent extra energy researching and picking this one, only for it to turn out average. Not terrible, just not as solid as I expected.

I’m not trying to be overly picky, but the design proof took way longer than it should have, and even after I asked for changes, things still didn’t look right. I feel like I was clear about what needed fixing, so it was frustrating to keep seeing the same kinds of issues

The seal stamp came out super clean and solid, there’s no doubt in my mind the quality is really nice. It did take me a little bit to get the hang of using it, but once I figured it out, it worked great...
